holes in concrete steps

This is a small job that was done in Madison, NC just off of Highway 704. The concrete steps have been core drilled with a 3 1/2 inch core bit for the repaving of the parking lot. There happened to be no rebar embedded in the holes that were drilled in the concrete steps. The depth of this project was 5-inches for the handrail post to set tht deep into the concrete and then be anchored in with quick drying hydraulic cement which pours nicely from an oil funne if used correctly.
